Tom has been a star with both physio & emotional support whilst I waited for a replacement shoulder. He is knowledgeable, empathic & professional at all times. His treatment helped relieve my pain pre surgery. Post surgery he has worked patiently & diligently with me to strengthen the shoulder and aid my recovery. Over the past 5 years or so I have needed Tom’s help twice. Both times he has been exceptionally supportive and practical offering advice, treatment  and exercises for me to do in between appointments.
If I need physio help again I will have no hesitation in returning and recommend the Practice to all who may need its services.
I am a health care professional with over 40 years NHS service and I recognise quality care when I see it.
